Therapy For Couples & Families

Relationship therapy for all

Relationships are an important part of all our lives, but can also be challenging at times. We are all are born into relationships and spend a great deal of time experiencing and managing these relationships with family, friends, work colleagues, or neighbours to name but a few.

Problem relationships, however, can be the cause of pain, distress, confusion, and anxiety. They can leave us feeling angry, hurt, impact our mental health and at times, lead to loneliness.

Seeking professional and non-judgemental counselling – either on your own or with a partner or family members that you are experiencing difficulty with – can help make sense of relationship problems; offer strategies and solutions and provide a little bit of hope to help you overcome difficulties. Therapy can also support you when making difficult decisions about relationships, ensuring that the impact on all those involved can be carefully managed.

I fully understand how daunting it can feel to reach out for support and begin to open up about challenges you may be facing. I work hard with all my clients to ensure they feel supported and safe, working at a pace to suit each individual.
