I work with adults and teenagers that may be struggling with a number of issues including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement and trauma.
Some clients are unable to specify a particular issue but feel stuck in a cycle of negativity. Exploring different elements of life in a non-judgmental environment can bring clarity and a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships with others.
I provide a safe, confidential space and will work with you to help you make sense of what’s going on in your life.
